Welcome to Inhhale. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Inhhale mobile application (the "App") provided by Inhhale Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Medical Disclaimer

Inhhale is an educational and training tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content and tools provided by the App are intended for informational and self-management purposes only.

Always seek the advice of your physician, speech-language pathologist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or used in the Inhhale App. In the event of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

3. Beta Program

Your access to the App may be part of a beta program. You acknowledge that the App is a pre-release version, may not work correctly, and may contain bugs. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of the beta App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Inhhale Inc. and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Australia and foreign countries.

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the App may be available only through a paid subscription. All payments will be processed through the Apple App Store, and are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple Inc.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, in no event shall Inhhale Inc., nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
